On Monday 31 August 2020, a total of 1,035,920 shares were purchased on behalf
of employees in Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA participating in the company's
employee share saving program. The average purchase price was NOK 1.2292 per
share. 

On behalf of Torstein Hiorth Soland the company has purchased 3,648 shares. The
new holding is 7,703 shares. 

On behalf of Endre Hermansen the company has purchased 3,648 shares. The new
holding is 6,042 shares.
