Novartis India Limited recommended final dividend of INR 25 per equity share (of the face value of INR 5 each) for the financial year ended March 31, 2024, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). Accordingly, the said final dividend,
if approved by the shareholders, will be paid on or after August 5, 2024.
