SBI Holdings, Inc. announced a private placement to issue 27,000,000 common share at an issue price of ¥4,102 for the proceeds of ¥110,754,000,000 on May 29, 2025. The transaction involves participation of Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation ( NTT, Inc.) as new investor. The transaction is approved by board of directors.

The issue expense is estimated to ¥716,000,000 and net proceeds will be ¥ 110,038,000,000. The transaction is expected to close between July 17, 2025 ? August 29, 2025.
