Nucleus Software Exports Limited Proposes Final Dividend for the Financial Year Ended March 31, 2021

The Board of Directors of Nucleus Software Exports Limited at their meeting held on June 3, 2021 has recommended a Final Dividend for its shareholders. The Proposed Dividend is 60% (INR 6 per equity share of INR 10 each), taking the total dividend to INR 9 per equity share for fiscal year 2020-21. The Proposed Final Dividend is subject to the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on July 23 2021. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Register shall remain closed during the period July 17, 2021 to July 23, 2021 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and payment of Dividend. The Dividend, if approved at the Annual General Meeting, will be payable to such members whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company and as beneficial owners in the records of National Securities Depositories Ltd. and Central Depository Services (India) Ltd., at close of business hours as on July 16,2021.
