NuCoal Resources NL ('Company') advises that at the public auction of forfeited shares held on Wednesday 16 November 2011 in Perth, 20,832 shares were auctioned as fully paid ordinary shares.

All 20,832 shares were sold at a price of 0.32 cents per share, realising a total of

$6,666.24.
