Numans Health Food Holdings Company Limited at its annual general meeting held on 30 May 2025, approve and declare a final dividend of RMB 5 cents (equivalent to 5.37 Hong Kong cents) per ordinary share in the issued share capital of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2024 payable to the shareholders whose names appear on the register of members of the Company as at the close of business on 6 June 2025.
