COVID 19 - Business continuity planning

To protect the health and wellbeing of our people and to ensure continuity of services to our clients, Numis is operating a work from home strategy until further notice with staff only coming into the office by exception.

We want to take this opportunity to reassure clients that service levels are continuing as normal and in particular that:

• all of Numis' services including Execution, Sales, Research and Investment Banking (along with all support processes and functions) are operational;
• we have rigorously tested and continue to monitor the resilience of our systems and processes which are performing well in the remote environment;

• we have suspended all international business travel and our staff are being encouraged to use video and telephone conferencing to meet with clients and each other;
• services remain subject to our robust compliance and control environment;
• to protect the security of data and information, all of the connections being used by Numis staff are protected by appropriate security and encryption technology;
• critical work processes and individuals have been identified and contingency plans are in place in the event that a large number of our staff are absent due to illness; and
• we are in touch with third party suppliers to ensure continuity of all critical services.
