Directors and executive officers, and certain securityholders have entered into lock-up agreements with the underwriters prior to the commencement of this offering pursuant to which each lock-up party, with limited exceptions, for a period of 90 days after the date of this prospect.
Nuvalent, Inc. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on creating precisely targeted therapies for clinically proven kinase targets in cancer. It develops small molecules that have the potential to overcome resistance, minimize adverse events, address brain metastases and drive more durable responses.
