Company Nuveen Core Plus Impact Fund

Nuveen Core Plus Impact Fund (Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is to seek total return through current income and capital appreciation, while considering certain impact and environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria. The Fund invests at least 80% of its net assets plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes in fixed-income investments of any type, which are subject to the impact criteria. The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in fixed-income investments of any type, including asset-backed securities, corporate bonds, preferred securities, residential and commercial mortgage-backed securities. It invests in various sectors, such as automobile component, automobiles, banks, beverages, biotechnology, chemicals, diversified telecommunication services, and electric utilities.
