Nuvera Communications : Declares a 3rd Quarter 2021 Dividend

NEW ULM, MN - Sept. 2, 2021 - The Board of Directors of Nuvera Communications, Inc. approved a 3rd quarter dividend payment of $.14 per share. The recently declared dividend will be paid to shareholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 10, 2021, and will be payable on Sept. 17, 2021.
'A primary focus for Nuvera continues to be the investment in and expansion of our fiber network, while still delivering a fair return to our shareholders,' said Nuvera CEO Glenn Zerbe. 'The balance of supporting the success of our customers via excellent services and our shareholders via profitable returns remains at the core of Nuvera's business philosophy.'
