CHANGE OF DATE OF BOARD MEETING

Reference was made to the announcement made by the board of directors (the "Board") of NVC International Holdings Limited (the "Company") dated 12 March 2021 in relation to the date of Board meeting which was proposed to be held on Thursday, 25 March 2021 for the purpose of considering and approving the final results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the year ended 31 December 2020 and the recommendation of a final dividend, if any, and transacting any other business.

As additional time is required by the auditor of the Company to handle the audit works on the annual results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the year ended 31 December 2020, the Board hereby announces that the Board meeting originally scheduled to be held on Thursday, 25 March 2021 has been rescheduled to Wednesday, 31 March 2021 with the same agenda as abovementioned.
