(Alliance News) - NVP Spa announced Wednesday that it has seen preliminary figures for 2022 and reported consolidated revenues for the period of EUR17.4 million, up 30 percent from 2021 when they amounted to EUR13.4 million.

Consolidated revenues for Italy stood at EUR16.2 million approximately, up 46 percent from EUR11.1 million in 2021.

Consolidated revenues for overseas are worth EUR1.2 million, down from 2021 when they were EUR2.3 million.

Consolidated production value is about EUR20 million compared to EUR16.3 million in 2021.

The company recalled that the scope of consolidation includes the subsidiary NVP Roma Srl and EG Audiovisual, the latter included as of October 31, 2022.

Massimo Pintabona, CEO of NVP, commented, "2022 was a year of great growth for the group, a trend that continues for 2023: we estimate a higher growth rate for this year than last year. During 2022 NVP significantly expanded its contract portfolio through the acquisition of major events, including international ones, from sports to entertainment. Not only production services through OB Van but also innovative services related to OTT platforms, remote?production and content management provided to some sports federations and, from 2022 also to Ferrari, already a partner for the production of the Ferrari Challenge World Championship."

On Tuesday, NVP closed flat at EUR2.60 per share.
