Oakley Capital Private Equity III, managed by Oakley Capital Investments Limited, José Dionísio and Jorge Batista agreed to acquire PRIMAVERA Business Software Solutions, S.A. from José Dionísio and Jorge Batista.

Oakley Capital Private Equity III, managed by Oakley Capital Investments Limited (LSE:OCI), José Dionísio and Jorge Batista agreed to acquire PRIMAVERA Business Software Solutions, S.A. from José Dionísio and Jorge Batista on January 1, 2021. José Dionísio and Jorge Batista, will invest alongside Fund III in the merged entity and continue to co-lead the PRIMAVERA business. OCI's indirect contribution via Fund III will be £11 million.

The transaction is subject to regulatory approval. Chris Clarke, Darren Vickers and Owen Matthews of Liberum Capital Limited acted as financial advisor for Oakley Capital Investments Limited.
