Pamica 2 AB, managed by Pamica AB and management of VEFI A/S signed and agreement to acquire VEFI A/S and VEFI Europa Sp. Z.o.o from Oboya Horticulture Industries AB (publ) (OM:OBOYA B) on December 11, 2020. Jan Fuglerud CEO of VEFI A/S and Chairman of the Board of VEFI Europa Sp.Z o.o will continue to lead the businesses. The transaction is expected to be completed on December 29, 2020.
