OC Oerlikon Corporation AG (SWX:OERL) signed an agreement to acquire INglass S.p.A on April 23, 2021. The acquisition is financed by existing credit facilities of OC Oerlikon. The completion of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions.
The transaction is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2021. The transaction is expected to be immediately accretive to Oerlikon's margins and cash flows.
