Resignation of Director - Dr Bakheet Al Katheeri

The Board of Oil Search advises that Dr Bakheet Al Katheeri has stepped down from the Oil Search Board and relevant Board Committees, effective immediately.

Dr Al Katheeri was appointed as a Non-Executive Director on 26 March 2018. He also served as the Chair of the Project and Technology Committee and was a member of the Sustainability Committee and the People and Nominations Committee.

Oil Search Chairman, Rick Lee, said:

His extensive and diverse executive experience in the international oil and gas market has provided the Board and the Company with valuable insights and guidance.
