Notice of Application for Selection of "Prime Market" Under the New Market Category

Oisix ra daichi inc. (hereinafter the "Company") resolved at the Board of Directors meeting held on September 22, 2021 to select the "Prime Market" under the new market segmentation of Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. and filed an application today. This is a resolution and application based on the receipt of the results of the initial assessment of the Company's compliance with the listing standards in the new market category from Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. on July 9, 2021. It confirms that the company complies with the listing maintenance standards for the "Prime Market" in the new market category

The new Prime Market will comprise companies with market capitalizations (liquidities) that satisfy the investment criteria of a large number of institutional investors, a higher standard of corporate governance, and a commitment to drive sustainable growth and long-term shareholder value creation via constructive dialogue with global investors.

In line with the characteristics of the new market segment, the Company will continue to engage in interactive dialogue with investors. In addition, we will aim to enhance our corporate value as a "sustainable retail company" by conducting "honest IR".
