Okamura Corporation entered into letter of intent to acquire design and manufacturing business of refrigeration and refrigeration facilities of Soken Kogyo K.K.

Okamura Corporation (TSE:7994) entered into an agreement to acquire design and manufacturing business of refrigeration and refrigeration facilities of Soken Kogyo K.K on November 30, 2022. The business transfer agreement execution date is June 30, 2024 and the deal is expected to close on October 31, 2024.
