NOTICE OF RECORD AND DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of Old Chang Kee Ltd. (the "Company") will be closed at 5.00 p.m. on 13 October 2020 for the purpose of determining shareholders' entitlements to the final tax-exempt(one-tier) dividend of 0.5 Singapore cents per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 March 2020 ("FY2020 Dividend").

Duly completed transfers of shares received by the Company's Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. at 50 Raffles Place, #32-01 Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623 up to 5.00 pm on 13 October 2020 will be registered, to determine shareholders' entitlements to the FY2020 Dividend.

Shareholders (being depositors) whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares as at 5.00 pm on 13 October 2020 will be entitled to the FY2020 Dividend.

The FY2020 Dividend will be paid on or about 28 October 2020.
