NOTICE OF RECORD AND DIVIDEND PAYMENT DATE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Share Transfer Books and Register of Members of Old Chang Kee Ltd. (the "Company") will be closed at 5.00 p.m. on 3 December 2020 for the purpose of determining shareholders' entitlements to the tax-exempt(one-tier) dividend (interim) of 0.5 Singapore cents per ordinary share for the financial year ending 31 March 2021 ("Interim Dividend").

Duly completed transfers of shares received by the Company's Share Registrar, Boardroom Corporate & Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. at 50 Raffles Place, #32-01 Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623 up to 5.00 pm on 3 December 2020 will be registered, to determine shareholders' entitlements to the Interim Dividend.

Shareholders (being depositors) whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with shares as at 5.00 pm on 3 December 2020 will be entitled to the Interim Dividend.

The Interim Dividend will be paid on or about 17 December 2020.
