Olvi Plc: Transfer of Treasury Shares Under a Matching Share Plan

Olvi plc has transferred a total of 4.150 Olvi plc Series A shares held as treasury shares to the company's key employees under a matching share plan 2021-2022. In the plan, the target group is given an opportunity to receive matching shares for their personal investment in Olvi plc series A shares.

Information on the matching share plan was provided in stock exchange release on 2 February 2021.

The transfer of shares is based on an authorisation granted to the Board of Directors at Olvi plc's General Meeting of Shareholders on 31 March 2021.

After the transfer, Olvi plc holds 9.404 treasury shares.
