Continuously empowering the women across Oman, Ooredoo has celebrated the 20th wave of graduates from its pioneering Springboard programme, an initiative that falls under its corporate social responsibility (CSR) programme, Ooredoo Goodwill. The graduation events of 150 participants was held under the sheikhs and respected guests from Al- Kamil, Al-Wafi, Al-Rustaq and Al-Ibri. During the event, the evaluation committee recognised 19 of the amazing projects presented.

Raed Mohamad Dawood, Director of Government Relations and Corporate Affairs at Ooredoo, said, "It is truly inspiring to see the participants boost their personal and leadership skills as they use these tools to turn their projects into viable businesses. The Springboard programme continues to equip the women of Oman with the skills and know-how to further enrich their livelihood and become successful in their fields. We are proud to celebrate the graduation of a new batch of entrepreneurs who are now able to contribute to strengthening the national economy."

As part of its commitment to supporting women and future SMEs and SoHos, Ooredoo launched the Springboard programme in 2014 under the umbrella of 'Ooredoo Goodwill'. Today, it has become one of the main pillars of the company's CSR strategy.
