EXTON, Pa. (AP) _ Omega Flex Inc. (OFLX) on Thursday reported first-quarter net income of $4.3 million.

The Exton, Pennsylvania-based company said it had profit of 43 cents per share.

The flexible metal hose maker posted revenue of $25.3 million in the period.

Omega Flex shares have fallen 26% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Thursday, shares hit $79.50, declining slightly in the last 12 months.
