All of the executive officers, directors and the holders of substantially all the shares of capital stock and securities convertible into or exchangeable for capital stock have entered or will enter into lock-up agreements with the underwriters that restrict their ability to transfer shares of our capital stock, options or warrants to purchase shares of capital stock or any securities convertible into or exchangeable for or that represent the right to receive shares of capital stock during the period ending on, and including, the 180th day after the date of this prospectus.
