On March 21, 2022, Ondas Holdings Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the Company has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Ardenna, Inc., a leading provider of image processing and machine learning software solutions for rail infrastructure monitoring and inspections.
