Item 7.01                Regulation FD Disclosure

                         On April 21, 2022, we announced that our board of directors declared a
                         quarterly cash dividend of 93.5 cents per share of common stock, unchanged
                         from the previous quarter, resulting in an annualized dividend of $3.74
                         per share. The dividend is payable May 16, 2022, to shareholders of record
                         at the close of business May 2, 2022. A copy of the news release is
                         attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
