Onewo Inc. at its 2024 annual general meeting held on May 16, 2025, The Board announced that at the AGM, Ms. Hua Cui (?Ms. Hua?) and Ms. Zhu Xu (?Ms. Zhu?) have been appointed by the Shareholders as non-executive Directors. Their term of office will commence after the conclusion of the AGM and end on the date of expiry of the term of the third session of the Board of Directors. Following the appointment of Ms. Hua and Ms. Zhu as non-executive Directors, Ms. Hua also serves as a member of the nomination committee of the Company and Ms. Zhu also serves as a member of the audit committee of the Company.
