Onewo Inc. at its 2024 annual general meeting held on May 16, 2025, the 2024 Final Dividend of RMB 0.481 per Share (tax inclusive) for the year ended December 31, 2024 has been approved by the Shareholders. The actual amount of the 2024 Final Dividend to be paid to H Shareholders in Hong Kong dollars is calculated based on the arithmetic average of the central parity rate of Hong Kong dollars against RMB on the inter-bank foreign exchange market as announced by the China Foreign Exchange Trade System authorized by the People's Bank of China for five working days prior to the convening of the AGM on May 16, 2025 (including the date of the AGM). The applicable exchange rate in respect of the payment of the 2024 Final Dividend is determined as HKD 1 to RMB 0.92331 accordingly.
Therefore, the 2024 Final Dividend of the Company is HKD 0.521 per H Share (tax inclusive), which is expected to be paid in cash on or around June 13, 2025 to Shareholders whose names appear on the register of members of the Company on May 26, 2025. As at the date of this announcement, 3,512,200 H Shares have been repurchased but not yet cancelled by the Company, and the Company held 11,560,200 H Shares as treasury shares. No dividend will be received by the H Shares repurchased but not yet cancelled by the Company and the H Shares held by the Company as treasury shares.
The Company will full fill its tax withholding obligations under the relevant PRC tax laws and regulations. Ex-dividend date: May 20, 2025.
