Interpipe releases its report on operations for September 2021

Interpipe, a global producer of steel pipes and railway products, has released (via Interpipe Holdings Plc) its monthly report on operations for September 2021.

Highlights

In September 2021, the Company's trading activity in both segments continued exhibiting a steady growth.

Overall pipe product salesgrew up by 8.3% m-o-m and were by 16.8% y-o-y higher for the first three quarters.

OCTG saleshit another peak in September, having surged by 20.3% m-o-m amid a growing OCTG consumption across all key markets driven by the rising number of active rigs, stable oil prices and positive outlook for global oil demand. Sales volumes for the first nine months outperformed figures for the corresponding period of the last year by 98.6%.

Linepipe sales volumegained 4.1% m-o-m on the back of a robust demand globally. Sales volumes for the first three quarters of 2021 went up by 6.5% y-o-y.

Mechanical pipe saleshiked by 19.4% m-o-m mainly amid higher shipments of cold-rolled pipes to Saudi Arabia.

Welded pipe salesdeclined by 15.8% m-o-m due to lower supplies of small diameter pipes to Europe after a surge last month.

Sales volumes of railway productsexhibited a 17.0% m-o-m growth fueled by a growth in sales in Ukraine and Europe. For the first nine months of 2021 sales volumes of railway products subdued by 13.1% y-o-y.
