Ophir Gold Corp. is a Canada-based diversified exploration company. The Company’s principal business activities include the acquisition and exploration of mineral property assets. The Company’s Breccia property consists of 102 mining claims covering approximately 1,836 acres (743 hectares) of contiguous land parcels. The project is comprised of three claim groups, one staked by the Company and the two subject to separate option agreements, such as the Lightning Tree property agreement with Canagold Resource Ltd. (Canagold), and the Breccia property agreement with DG Resource Management (DGRM). The Daniels Harbour Zinc Property is located on the Great Northern Peninsula of Newfoundland, approximately 10 kilometers (km) northeast of the community of Daniels Harbour. The Radis Property consists of 155 claims totaling 8,005.4 ha and comprises two acquisition agreements with different companies, such as Eastmain Resources (152 claims) and Troilus Gold (3 claims).
