On October 29, 2020, OPKO Health, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release
announcing operating and financial highlights for the quarter ended September
30, 2020. In the press release, the Company also provided information with
respect to the conference call it is hosting to provide a business update and
discuss its third quarter ended September 30, 2020 financial and operating
results, as well as discuss financial guidance. A copy of the press release is
attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
