On February 18, 2021, OPKO Health, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release
announcing operating and financial highlights for the quarter ended December 31,
2020. In the press release, the Company also provided information with respect
to the conference call it is hosting to provide a business update and discuss
its financial and operating results for the fourth quarter and full year ended
December 31, 2020, as well as discuss financial guidance. A copy of the press
release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
