On July 29, 2021, OPKO Health, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release
announcing operating and financial highlights for the quarter ended June 30,
2021. In the press release, the Company also provided information about its
conference call during which it will provide a business update and discuss its
second quarter ended June 30, 2021 financial and operating results, as well as
provide financial guidance. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as
