Financial technology company OppFi Inc. on Monday said the company's president, Neville Crawley, will succeed Jared Kaplan as chief executive, effective Dec. 31.

Mr. Crawley will also become a member of the company's board, OppFi said.

Mr. Kaplan will remain a member of the board and serve in an executive advisory role for the company, OppFi said.

Prior to joining as president in July, OppFi said, Mr. Crawley served as CEO of fintech platform Kiva from 2017 to 2021.
