The board (the "Board") of directors (the "Directors") of Optima Automobile Group Holdings Limited announces that the principal place of business of the Company in Hong Kong will be changed to 18/F, Ovest, 77 Wing Lok Street, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong with effect from 15 December 2022. The telephone and facsimile numbers of Company will remain unchanged.
