Orange now offers four work-study training courses in France for students under the age of 29 and people wanting to retrain. The Apprentice Training Center (CFA) provides skills training for future professions supported by Orange experts. En France, l'apprentissage est de plus en plus plébiscité par les jeunes. Il a atteint un nouveau record en 2021 avec plus de 700 000 contrats signés dans les secteurs privé et public, un chiffre en hausse de 37% en 2021, selon le Ministère du Travail, de l'Emploi et de l'Insertion. Les candidats bénéficient d'une formation théorique et d'un tutorat professionnel. A la clé, un diplôme leur ouvre les mêmes perspectives que tout autre diplôme de l'enseignement supérieur.
Orange offers both the training school and the course content. Once accepted into the CFA, candidates no longer need to look for a company for their work-study program as they join our teams. The courses offered relate to future digital professions and lead to increased recruitment prospects, as evidenced by the Orange CFA 2020 cohort, most of whom went on to find a job.

Good to know: future work-study students on the IP Network Technician course will be working on major world sporting events scheduled for 2023 and 2024.
