Orange has announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding with Crédit Coopératif, initiating exclusive discussions with a view to selling Anytime, a fintech subsidiary of Orange Bank specializing in supporting associations.

Anytime is a digital account management and payment services platform that has been offering an innovative, tailor-made solution for associations and non-profit organizations for two years, including advanced expense management tools.

The relevant employee representative bodies within the Orange group and Crédit Coopératif are being consulted on this project with a view to completing the transaction by the end of 2025.
