HOUSTON (AP) _ Orbital Energy Group, Inc. (OEG) on Monday reported a loss of $8.2 million in its second quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Houston-based company said it had a loss of 16 cents. Losses, adjusted for non-recurring costs and costs related to mergers and acquisitions, were 3 cents per share.

The electronics company posted revenue of $16.3 million in the period.

The company's shares closed at $3.15. A year ago, they were trading at 56 cents.
