Orbitech Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A046120) agreed to acquire 31.8% stake in Quantec from Cognitive Fund 1 and Cognitive Promising Service Industry Fund for KRW 9.3 billion on April 28, 2021. Orbitech will acquire 10,827 shares. As at December 31, 2020, Quantec had total assets of KRW 1.5 billion and negative net assets of KRW 3.1 billion. For the year ended December 31, 2020, Quantec had sales of KRW 128 million and net loss of KRW 2.2 billion. The transaction is expected to complete on April 30, 2021.
