Postponing of the release of the 2016-2017 annual results

The Orchestra-Prémaman Group announces the postponing of the release of its annual results for the period from March 1, 2016 to February 28, 2017, initially scheduled for June 6, 2017 to June 29, 2017 after the closing of the stock exchange.

Orchestra Premaman SA, formerly Orchestra Kazibao SA, is a France-based company that is primarily engaged in the design and retail of clothing, shoes and accessories for children from birth to the age of eight. The Company sells products through their own and franchised shops, such as Premaman stores, which offer the Company's most popular products; Megastore Premaman 2 stores, which provide the entirety of the Company's collections, and Maternity stores, which offer products for expecting mothers.
