OreCorp Limited (OreCorp or the Company) (ASX: ORR) is pleased to announce the appointment of experienced finance executive Mr Greg Hoskins as its new Chief Financial Officer, commencing on 27 February 2023.

Mr Hoskins is a chartered accountant with more than 20 years' experience across a range of sectors including resources, education and financial services. After commencing his career with international accounting firm Ernst & Young, Mr Hoskins has gained extensive financial and corporate experience in both Australia and internationally, within the areas of corporate and treasury management, acquisitions, mine development and establishment of systems and procedures for new mining operations.

Since 2012, Mr Hoskins has been the Group Finance Manager at Base Resources Limited (Base Resources), a dual listed (ASX and AIM) resources company, which developed the Kwale Mineral Sands (Kwale) operation in Kenya and is currently developing the Toliara Project in Madagascar. Having joined Base Resources during the early stages of construction, Mr Hoskins was integral in establishing the finance function at the Kwale operation, which has since achieved consistently strong results.

OreCorp CEO & Managing Director Henk Diederichs commented: 'We are delighted to have someone of Greg's calibre join the team at OreCorp. His strong financial experience, particularly in project development and operations will be integral in seeing OreCorp's Nyanzaga Gold Project through to its next phase as a developer.' Mr Hoskins succeeds Mrs Tania Cheng, who is leaving the Company to pursue other opportunities. The Board thanks Mrs Cheng for her extensive contribution to the Company and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
