Oricon Enterprises Limited Approves Dividend; Approves the Appointment of Directors

Oricon Enterprises Limited announced that at its AGM held on September 19, 2015 approved the declaration of dividend of 22% or INR 0.44 per equity share.

The company approved the appointment of Mrs. Sujata Parekh Kumar as Director, Shri K G Gupta as Independent Director and Shri N Ganga Ram as Independent Director of the company.
