URAYASU, CHIBA―Oriental Land Co., Ltd. announced that it will make changes to certain executive directors and realignment of responsibilities in executive positions as follows.

Kunio Tajiri and Misao Kikuchi will assume the post upon approvals at the 62nd shareholder meeting slated for late June 2022. The total number of Executive Directors (External) increases by 2 to 4.

Kunio Tajiri and Misao Kikuchi are expected to become Independent Directors, as stipulated by the Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc.

Akiyoshi Yokota will resign at the end of the 62nd shareholder meeting slated for as above.
