ORIX Corporation agreed to acquire remaining 50% stake in Orix Leasing Singapore Limited

ORIX Corporation (TSE:8591) agreed to acquire remaining 50% stake in Orix Leasing Singapore Limited on December 10, 2024. Upon completion, ORIX Corporation will own 100% stake in Orix Leasing Singapore Limited.

The expected completion of the transaction is in January, 2025.
