TOKYO, Japan - March 25, 2022 - ORIX Corporation ("ORIX") announces today that it will donate one million US dollars (approximately 120 million yen) to the UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency, to provide humanitarian aid to people affected by the crisis in Ukraine and neighboring areas.

ORIX expresses its deepest sympathy to everyone caught up in the crisis in Ukraine and neighboring areas and its deepest condolences to the victims of this tragedy.

ORIX sincerely hopes that this crisis will be resolved as quickly as possible and that peace will be restored in Ukraine and around the world.
