ORKLA ASA In its notification of28 June 2021 , it was announced thatOrkla has entered into an agreement to purchase approximatly 75% of the shares in New York Pizza, one of the leading pizza chains inthe Netherlands . The transaction has been approved by relevant competition authorities and was completed today. New York Pizzas will be consolidated intoOrkla's financial statements as of1 August 2021 .
