The Salt Wells Project is located in Churchill County, Nevada, United States. The Salt Wells Project consists of approximately 276 mineral claims, covering an area of 36 square kilometers (km2). The Company's Australian Projects (Yumbarra Project, Fowler Project, Coorabie Shear Zone Project, Tallacootra Project and Sandford Project) are focused on exploration for gold, nickel, copper and rare earth elements (REE) within the highly prospective Fowler Domain and Nuyts Domain, both within the Gawler Craton in South Australia and western Victoria. The Iberian One Project is located in Spain.
