Telemach Hrvatska d.o.o. made the offer to acquire remaining 45.1% stake of OT-Optima Telekom d.d. for approximately HKR 170 million.

Telemach Hrvatska d.o.o. made the offer to acquire remaining 45.1% stake of OT-Optima Telekom d.d. (ZGSE:OPTE) for approximately HKR 170 million on February 24, 2022. Telemach Hrvatska d.o.o. made the offer to acquire shares at HRK 5.36 per share. Croatia's financial services regulator Hanfa has granted approval for the transaction.

Upon closing of this transaction, Telemach Hrvatska d.o.o. will launch compulsory acquisition if it achieved the minimum of 95% ownership. Divjak, Topic & Bahtijarevic acted as legal advisor of Telemach.
