With the material disclosure we made on 29.08.2016, related with the "Modern Tank Production Project by using National Sources" (Altay Project) of Undersecretariat for Defence Industries (SSM), it was announced that BAFO (Best and Final Offer) was submitted to SSM.
Today, it has been reported to our company by SSM, that the offer has been evaluated in all aspects of administrative, financial and technical however due to not being able to agree upon in the terms of contract, especially price is being in the first place, it is notified that our offer was not approved and the requirement for the project has been decided to be fullfilled with a new tender.
SSM's disclosures related to the process will be followed by our company and the necessary disclosures will be made related to the relevant regulations if the decision to participate in the tender will be taken.
This statement has been translated into English for informational purposes. In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and the English versions of this disclosure statement, the Turkish version shall prevail.
