Otovo AS announced that it has received NOK 150 million in funding from Axel Johnson AB and other investors

Otovo AS announced private placement of common shares for gross proceeds of NOK 150,000,000 on November 15, 2019. The transaction included participation from new investor Axel Johnson AB for NOK 123,000,000 and other existing shareholders for NOK 27,000,000 at a post money-valuation of NOK 806,000,000. The company has previously raised NOK 200,000,000 in equity funding.
